Back from Team Building

Finally I’m back home from our team building which was at Port Dickson. We had some Go Karting, water activities, Volley Ball and the most extreme… PaintBall. Oh my, that was a really ‘Pain’ Ball game. I got shot in the head as I was turning to leave out the game field. I lifted up hand and then stand up but a pellet, I don’t know if it was a stray or purposely and it hit me right at the side of my head. Shit… I could hear ringing in my ears when that pellet hit me. I was a little dazed too. Other than that, I didn’t get shot anywhere. I have my head shot picture up once I get it from my colleague.

I’m feeling sick after all that activities. Not enough of rest and my whole body is really aching. Why I’m not resting now? Well, I stayed in a Tepee and there wasn’t any WiFi so I missed out on 2 days of PayPerPost. Now I’m just catching up back on some of the opps that I missed during those two days and 2 nights.

Credit cards are too easily obtain nowadays. You can have as many as you want and from many different banks too. There isn’t a limit as to how many one can own. If you just visit any shopping mall, I’m sure you will be stopped by some credit card agents promoting their credit cards. As most people are attracted to FREE stuffs, they thus be tempted to get it as the credit cards company are not offering Free For Life credit cards.

However even though it says that it is Free For Life, but we all know that there will never anything be totally free when it comes to business. There are bound to have some terms and condition that will be applied. As far as I can see, mostly these credit cards company will need you to use the credit card at least 3-4 times per month or spend a certain amount in order to have the Free For Life privilege. Therefor if you wish to keep all the cards, you are forces to spend on your own behalf.

It is best that before we get any credit cards, we should compare credit cards before taking up on their offer. There are some credit cards company that even offer you 0% balance transfers from other credit cards to your new credit card too. It is very nice and tempting when you hear that don’t you. 0% interest, which means no interest. They are not worried about the interest as long as they have another customer sign up with them. As long as you haven’t settled the balance transfer you will have to stay on with the credit card company. Thus in the long run if you still uses their credit card, they will make back from there.

I’m looking for some good cash back offers for my purchases if I were to get another credit card. Which means I might see some negative figure on my statement too. Don’t you rather get some cash back than some loyalty points?

Sick of Scammerz

Another scam, another nonsense! People should learn that when there is a winning prize, they will not be asked to deposit in money!

That would not mean as winning but BUYING the prize!

I get sick when I hear people cheating on elderly senior citizen. Those money are hard earned and saved up for a long time for their rainy days! Not for those scams to use as luxury.

Remember people, when you win something, at most that you will be asked for (from the LICENSED and REAL company) are your full name, IC and other personal details. NOT MONEY. These are scams!

I do hope that the police will get those Chinese scams… I hate these people cheating innocent societies of their hard earned money.

Million Ringgit Lucky Draw SCAM

Another million ringgit lucky draw scam occured here in Malaysia again. Just this morning while reading the papers I saw a recognizable title saying “Two fall for million ringging Lucky Draw”

Oh dear another scam to cheat people’s hard earned and saved money.

It seems that a 31-year-old clerk received a call stating that she had won RM1 million in a contest.

To be eligible to obtain the winning prize, she was told to deposit a fee of RM12,000. After the payment she was further lured into the trap by informing her that her winning prize won up to RM3.7 million!

BUT to be eligible to grab that, she was again instructed to deposit another RM28,000.

Soon enough she realised that she had been cheated when she was out of cash and the caller (man) stopped calling her.

In another case, a contractor aged 28 was cheated RM10,600 after was told that he won million dollar. The instructions were given the same manner as how the clerk was cheated. He only realised that it was a scam AFTER he deposited the money.

The suspects now are on the loose and believed to be Chinese nationality.

Gay and Lesbian Counseling

Often most people tend to take these two words are taboo in their life, their friends’ life, their enemies’ life, and their family’s life.

When someone admits that he or she is a gay or lesbian, others will avoid that person.

So what if the issue is a step ahead?

What if, you met a gay or lesbian couple? What would you do? Or maybe… are YOU one of them?

I advice to all readers out there not to feel awkward talking about these topics. In fact, I advice everyone to learn to accept these people, especially the couples as normal human beings.

Let’s skip the chapter and take a look at the ‘same sex relationships’. What are your opinion about how they go through life in a same sex relationships. I would assume that they will be preassured by the society as a couple. I can even bet that religious people will offer to help them find their ‘straight’ life back! But have any of you ever thought what they really want is just acceptance between each other and within the society?

Hammock Killer

Wow I never thought that one simple hammock can actually KILL!

Alright lets be serious! For now. Anyone read the papers today? Well there story goes like this…

—- KOTA KINABALU: She was only playfully trying to make a hammock out of a towel and rope. But it ended in tragedy for a 13-year-old girl on Monday, when she inadvertently hanged herself from the ceiling of a workers’ quarters here.

Zira Rahman was standing on a table and had wrapped a towel around her neck, before tying a nylon rope around it to create a hammock.

Shortly after, Zira’s mother, Ani Yusop, 35, returned home at 11am to find her daughter dangling from the rope and struggling to free herself.

Ani frantically tried to free her daughter but failed.

She then rushed to a construction site some 200m away to alert her husband.

They managed to bring Zira down and rushed her to the hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

City police chief Asst Comm Ku Chin Wah said the girl could have lost her balance and slipped.
