Anyway, back to this The Scarlet outlet which will open next to The Curve. Directly opposite the laundry bar. This will be unveiled in October 2007. The Scarlet is based on a survey done by over 6000 women who answer their questionnaires, interviews and discussion group. The renovations are currently in progress and looking at the way it is going, they should be able to complete on time.
The Scarlet logo is non other than the ‘fleur-de-lis’ which is a stylized design of an iris flower which has been used both decoratively and symbolically for centuries. The theme of this new club is ‘a club created by women for women’ and therefore the ‘fleur-de-lis’ as its logo is quite suitable. But to me it seems more like a stylish like a scouts club.
