I manage to get the tickets for the Resident Evil : Extinction. Please don’t carry on reading as there might be some spoilers and you might not like it. I reached 1U GSC (New Wing) around 6 pm. Parked my car and went over to the cinema with my friend. There was already a queue in front of a table somewhat nearby to the bowling area. So I just followed and queued up there as well.
Apparently after 20 minutes of standing there, someone came and told us all that this wasn’t the area where the tickets would be given out. The queue has reached almost more than 20 people. They told us to follow them in a LINE to another place where the tickets would be given out. Anyway, as usual some really didn’t follow and when they see the line moving towards there, the back line all just moved forward and rushing towards the front. They were so afraid that there won’t be any tickets left for them.
I follow them over to the other side and waited in line. We have to wait for the organizers to come at 7pm because that was the distribution time. The tickets was only given out at 7.10-7.15 as the organizers were late. Got our tickets, row ain’t too bad at the ‘C’ row somewhere near the middle. Wanted to go for dinner at Carl’s Jr but as that time was also the open fasting time, most places were full and packed. I went to the only other place I know they wouldn’t go and that is Dave’s. Why? Because they served pork in there.
Finished my dinner and went back up to the cinema. It was in Hall 3 which is quite spacious. The movie started right on time and there wasn’t any advertisement at all. This is what I like about preview screening. No silly advertisement for 10-15 minutes. Okay, here are some spoilers. I don’t find the show really that interesting. Milla is cloned up human with some super powers like some cyborg. She was turned off but manage to turn herself back on by frying of a chip in the satellite up in the sky. She can even radiates a force field but it takes up her power and she loses control for a moment. Then, the ending really abrupt where the turned-monster Dr Issac was killed so easily. And there might be a Resident Evil 4 or so it seems.
