I have spent sometimes (in fact more than 3 hours) just complied the list from varies bloggers experiences on PayPal withdrawal.
The summary list will be able to help you and your readers know the big picture on which are the cards able to withdraw PayPal fund.

steven, thanks for the info. i’m still using the VMI debit card even though I had already apply for AlRajhi debit card. It didn’t seems to work. So far I still haven’t seen anyone blogging about it with pictures to prove it. :D

Hi there. Just want to correct the statement. It didn’t worked the second time I withdraw it. Anyway, paypal can only withdraw to VISA cards for the time being.

Yeap. Too bad I went and open up an account with Al-Rajhi before knowing if it would work.

To Al Rajhi? Did it worked the first time? Yes, I believe it is written on PayPal site as well that only VISA card can be added for withdrawal. Luckily I still have my VMI debit card. At least I still can withdraw more than USD500 with it.
