I know this news is kind of late for me to post now. PayPal has send out its newsletter to all its member regarding its new withdrawal feature. With this new withdrawal feature, us Malaysian and 26 other countries will be very happy. We have been waiting for this for a long time. This new withdrawal method allows us to withdraw fund to our debit or credit card. I’m not sure if it is only limited to Visa branded debit card or credit card but there seems people who have tried it with Mastercard debit card and they failed. Wayne Liew posted about AmBank NexG Prepaid Credit Card. Alex mention that he uses Mol Freedom Prepaid Credit Card and it works like a charm.
I have already applied for a new Al Rajhi Visa Debit card but haven’t add it in to my PayPal account. Still thinking of whether or not to use it. Right now, I’m just waiting for my friend, Irene to report on her usage with the Visa Debit Card. She has successfully withdraw from PayPal and now awaiting for the funds to be transfered to her Visa Debit Card. It will take about 5-7 days for the whole process to be completed.
The reason I’m still contemplating on adding the Al Rajhi Visa Debit Card because I’m afraid that PayPal will suspend my account again. I had my PayPal account suspended twice so you can understand my why I’m so concern about this. Lets hope Irene would have successfully get the funds to her Al Rajhi account and I can stop using the VMI card.

I have spent sometimes (in fact more than 3 hours) just complied the list from varies bloggers experiences on PayPal withdrawal.
The summary list will be able to help you and your readers know the big picture on which are the cards able to withdraw PayPal fund.

steven, thanks for the info. i’m still using the VMI debit card even though I had already apply for AlRajhi debit card. It didn’t seems to work. So far I still haven’t seen anyone blogging about it with pictures to prove it.

Hi there. Just want to correct the statement. It didn’t worked the second time I withdraw it. Anyway, paypal can only withdraw to VISA cards for the time being.

Yeap. Too bad I went and open up an account with Al-Rajhi before knowing if it would work.

To Al Rajhi? Did it worked the first time? Yes, I believe it is written on PayPal site as well that only VISA card can be added for withdrawal. Luckily I still have my VMI debit card. At least I still can withdraw more than USD500 with it.
