Have you been checking out your PayPal account? I got a surprise when I went to PayPal home page last night. I know I wasn’t at the wrong URL as I type the correct URL at https://paypal.com. It seems that the previous layout and design was in its beta stage. Now they have test their system throughly, it is finally finish its beta stages. PayPal pages are loading up much quicker now. The new design is really nice. Even when you are waiting for you account to load up, it has a new image. It only took me a couple of seconds before my account is loaded up. Now I’m just waiting for the PayPal security key to be available.
