Thanks for the link :)

There’s no fee to own Al Rajhi except for the low xrate. No monthly fee, no annual fee.
They will only charge you if the withdrawal is made at other banks. Since they r not under MEPS yet, RM10 per transaction.

so I guess the fees can be summarize as this for Al Rajhi debit card usage

Al Rajhi (Withdrawal PayPal USD1,500)
Withdrawal from PayPal: USD5.00 * 3 = USD15
Accepted by Al Rajhi: RM1.00 * 3 = RM3.00
ATM Withdrawal: Free (RM10 at other banks ATM)
Monthly Fees: Free
Total fees per month: USD15.00 = RM49.485 (rate of 3.299) + RM3.00

harapa: that is great. i’m still using VMI as usual. haven’t use my al rahji card yet even though i have one.

azam, al rajhi seems to have remove the RM1.00 charge. how long have you been waiting for the payment to get through?

joharin:
VMI has changed their routing number and since then, we can no longer withdraw from PayPal to VMI. Please do not get it as you will be wasting your time. I’m now using the AlRajhi Debit Card for my PayPal withdrawals.

As for the verification part, are you trying to verify your PayPal account? I had my PayPal verified with my credit card. It should work the same for debit card. There must be something miss out from your steps.
