I was checking out a house yesterday and notice the garage flooring has quite a few cracks all over the place. To fix the cracks will cost me more money so I’m still deciding whether or not to buy that place. I know I can always treat the flooring with an epoxy treatment after fixing those cracks to protect the flooring. The location of the house is quite good and it is not in a dense area. As for the price, it is a bit too much. If only the owner would reduce the house price by 10-15K, I wouldn’t hesitate in buying that property.
