I have been seeing a lot of places where they have condos for sale. I’m looking for a place of my own but I was just looking out for landed property. Staying in a condo is nice but I just didn’t like to maintenance fees. Having to pay for the maintenance fees is like sucking my blood. Other than that, everything is good. You get to enjoy so many amenities as well as having a 24/7 security. How many of you staying in a condo actually uses the facilities? Another reason for me choosing landed over condo is because I do not like to stay in a highly dense area.
