Buying property is an investment. However, you shouldn’t rush yourself into getting one. I have been seeing some landed property lately but none seems to be alright. It is either the location isn’t good or the monthly installment is too high for me. The real estate agent is still looking out property for me. She will inform me whenever she come across any property that fulfill part of my requirement. There are many things to consider about when it comes to property buying. At least that is for me. If you can afford it, get a good property anywhere is possible.
