IZEA is having a customer satisfaction survey in order to improved their quality of service and product that they are providing. For more improvement on their part, they would appreciate if we, members could do our part and give our feedback their performance. They value our business and want to make sure they meet our expectations.

This questionnaire should only take about 2 minutes to complete. Enter for a chance to win a free iPod Touch. One person will be selected at random on February 25, 2008 from all the results. Do note that you must be a legal U.S. residents and at least eighteen (18) years of age before you can participate to win the iPod Touch.
