Kekkaishi Anime Episode 38 is entitled “The Respective Repose of Souls”. In the previous episode, Shishio Gen sacrifice his life to protect Karasumori. Kokubourou retreated due to the princess worsened condition and Gagin defeat. They are now rethinking of another way to make their princess the master of Karasumori and also a new Executive Committee to control the rampaging ayakashi who wish to take revenge for Gagin death. Sakon, a subordinate of Gagin is appointed as the new Executive Committee.
