Naruto Shippuuden Anime Episode 43 is entitled “Sakura’s Tears”. Naruto is still fighting with Orochimaru. He shot a dense Chakra ball at Orochimaru and it looks like he is down. Out of no where, Orochimaru came out and pierce Naruto and send him flying back to the bridge area where they first met. Sakura was shocked to see Naruto condition. Meanwhile, Naruto seems to be hurt and unable to move. Captain Yamato clone on the other hand notice that Sai was at the background looking at the fight suspiciously.
