I went to a friend’s birthday party on Friday over at Damansara Perdana Condo. This was the first time I went to her place. That place alone cost more than RM400K. She told me that she will be moving out again. She is buying another place over at Mutiara Damansara and this time it would be a landed property. I asked her how much it would cost for houses over that area and was told that it about a million. Its really expensive nowadays to get a decent home with good location. Looking at the property price, it would still be a while more before I could get a place of my own.
