I still haven’t receive any news on the domain transfer that my friend is trying to do. Her domain was bought through a reseller (I think) who is with Pixcle. We have been trying to get her domain transferred back to her name since last couple of week but till now there isn’t any news from Pixcle side. Since the domain name is under the reseller name, Pixcle needs the reseller authorisation for the domain name transfer. I have a copy of the reseller authorisation but Pixcle is still not doing anything about it. I wonder how long will they take to get this things sorted out.
I check out Pixcle website and I notice they have this on their main page. Is it only if I make a purchase they will answer me in less than 24 hours? Is the customer support only mainly for buying customers?

I think they need to change the sentence and make it “feedback less than a week from the time you make an enquiry”. Anyone who uses them can comment on their hosting plans uptime?
