I was reading a friend’s blog today and saw that she mention about this CIMB Save & Invest Campaign. I didn’t know about this campaign till now and CIMB have been running it for a month and more. In this campaign, for every RM100 that you saved with CIMB or CIMB Islamic, you will be given an entry for their sweepstakes. Every month there will be different prizes for the winners. The winners that are chosen each month need to answer two questions correctly.

From what I read, these are the prize for the CIMB Save and Invest Campaign.

August 2008 - Free phone calls at RM500 per month X 15 years
September 2008 - Free electricity at RM500 per month X 15 years
October 2008 - Free holidays at RM6000 per year X 15 years
November 2008 - Free groceries at RM500 per month X 15 years
December 2008 - Free petrol at RM500 per month X 15 years

That is not all. The final grand prize will be a fixed deposit account of RM2000 per month X 15 years. This is really nice. I don’t have getting this grand price myself. Since August is over and getting free electricity isn’t really good for me as I don’t own a house, I’m thinking to start saving in October till December. I still need to find out as to how long do I have to keep the savings in CIMB before I can withdraw it. Read the fine prints first before saving and invest, okay.
