I don;t now who is this Dennis Carey but apparently he is someone famous. I went and check out his background to know what contribution he has made. For starters, he is the executive recruiter that made the comment regarding about the Yahoo and Microsoft possible merging. There are more to his biography which you can find at Dennis’ bio site. He is also recruiting CEO and corporate directors for large companies. Apparently he is an expert at identifying the right person that will be able to handle and manage large companies. As you know, in order to manage a large companies the candidate must be capable of it. It is a huge responsibility for that position. To date, he had already provided executive services to some of the largest companies in the country. Besides that I do notice that he also authored several articles regarding recruitment. Those who are in the recruitment line perhaps can learn from him.
