Increae insurance rates

Everything seems to be going up especially food. The restaurant that I use to go daily for my dinner have just recently increase all their food price between 10cents and 30 cents. Not only that but last week, I receive a mail from my life insurance company informing me of the new life insurance rates for year 2010. Prices of things going up but my salary is still the same. I will have to find a second job if this goes on. Will probably give it till middle of the year to see if I can get a salary increment or at least a bonus.
