Just got myself 2 saman because, one I was involved in an accident whereby I knock someone from behind and the other was failure to log a report within 24 hours. Well, I didn’t know I would need to do a report as well if the other party was going to do so. Guess I will pay to learn things. The accident was very minor and there was no visible cracks or dents or even scratch from the outside on the bumper of the Honda. However, according to the workshop and the damage adjusters, it seems there was damage inside and it was estimate for repair costing RM5K. That is so bullshit. Do I even get to see what kind of inner damage that they claim it has? Now my NCB is gone just because of that.
